FCIS Interiors
First Citizens Investment Services (FCIS) engaged ACLA to design a unique, comprehensive brokerage house providing various investment products within a sophisticated, yet welcoming setting. The design scheme artfully incorporated elements from the company's corporate brand, seamlessly melding them with natural features such as faux moss, wood, and stone textures to infuse hints of biophilia into the interior. Enhanced with gentle ambient lighting, the environment fostered a harmonious blend of efficiency and coziness, catering to both the employees and clients alike.
Unlike the open layouts seen in many modern offices, the operational needs of this space heavily lean toward enclosed work areas for confidentiality. The zoning strategy for this project aims to optimise the space's features by establishing a practical and well-defined spatial layout dedicated to serving discerning clients in a personalised, serene environment.
